Kara offers both in-person and online Individual counselling for adults (+19) living in BC. Individual counselling can give you the opportunity to explore more about who you are. You will have a chance to express your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences in a truly safe and supportive space. My office is located at 175 E Broadway, in the vibrant heart of Mount Pleasant. Easily accessible by transit and surrounded by local cafes and shops, it's a warm and inviting space for in-person sessions.
My office is located at the intersection of Main and Broadway, served by the 09 and 99 B-Line. Parking is available within a 5 minute walk in surface lots and on the side streets.
