therapy for you.

Virtual therapy that is rooted in a compassionate, relational, acceptance & mindfulness based lens to support you.

So you’ve been thinking about going to therapy…

Life throws a lot at us – grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. You could stay home with your favourite comfort show to avoid it all but having someone to help navigate the feelings can make a world of difference. I believe we are all capable of living an engaged, embodied and fulfilled life - my job is to help you get there.

Therapy doesn’t “fix” you, rather therapy is a process to understand the parts of you that have been too seemingly difficult to go there alone. Your therapist is your support team, cheerleader, and someone to navigate the “tough stuff” with. Therapists are the person who can get curious with you to see other perspectives, alternatives - helping you identify what makes you feel uncomfortable or stuck. When we are brave enough to sit with it, we find the courage to move through it.

My approach is authentic, with the goal of meeting you where you’re at. I get that for you to be real, I need to be real. My approach aims to hit that sweet spot—the familiar and comfortable feeling you get when speaking to a close friend while maintaining the professional boundaries of working with a mental health professional.
