i’m glad you’re here.

let’s get to know each other.

At the heart of all my work is the belief that you are the expert of you. My focus is on getting to know the real you, all the parts, so we can understand where you are today, and work towards where you want to be. Working together, we can uncover strategies to help you understand inner blocks and barriers, and refine a set of tools to bring about the changes you want to see in your life. I believe it is a privilege to walk next to my clients throughout their journey. I show up with warmth, curiosity, compassion - making this a space where you can show up with all the different parts of yourself.

My work is informed first and foremost by respect for the deep interconnectedness of our physical, mental, and emotional worlds. Drawing from a decade of experience in the field of health and wellness, I've come to understand that the core elements of our inner world form a rich landscape that is nothing short of extraordinary. My approach is thus integrative, drawing upon a diverse set of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including somatic therapy, mindfulness techniques, parts work, and cognitive therapy. I am deeply inspired by individuals' capacity to explore the depths of their emotions, foster self-curiosity, and commit to a lifelong journey of self-discovery. No one’s experience is too little or too much, but uniquely and beautifully yours — it is a true privilege to sit with you on this journey.

You can use the "schedule an appointment" button at the bottom of this page to book a free, unhurried conversation with me. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you're hoping to build for yourself, and how we can work together to help you arrive there. I'm looking forward to getting to know you, in all the rich complexity you bring to this world.
